Well Siting

Our well siting services are designed to help you determine the best location for a well on your property, ensuring a safe and efficient water supply for your needs.

Perc Tests

We conduct perc tests to evaluate the soil's ability to absorb water, providing essential information for the design and installation of septic systems.

Existing System Evaluation and Repair Designs

An Existing System Evaluation involves assessing the current condition of your septic system to ensure it’s functioning properly and meeting health and safety standards. During the evaluation, I’ll inspect key components such as the septic tank, drain field, and any associated pipes to identify signs of wear, blockages, or failure.

Subdivision Site Evaluation

A Subdivision Site Evaluation is an assessment process conducted to determine whether a piece of land is suitable for subdivision and development, particularly with regard to the installation of wells and septic systems.

New Construction Septic and Well Evaluation/Design

A New Construction Septic and Well Evaluation/Design involves assessing and planning the installation of a septic system and well for a newly built property.

Safe, Adequate, and Proper (SAP) Evaluation

A Health Department Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between a project team (e.g., contractors, engineers, property owners) and local or state health departments.
